AskHouse in Microsoft Teams

When your organisation adds AskHouse to Microsoft Teams, the bot receives only what it needs to answer a question:

• The property address or question you send it
• Your Microsoft user identifier and your organisation's Entra tenant identifier, so we can route the answer, apply fair-use limits, and support your organisation
• The conversation reference needed to reply in the same chat or channel

AskHouse is added to a Teams tenant by that organisation's administrator, whose consent covers use by people in the organisation. We do not read your other Teams messages, files, or channels — only the messages addressed to the AskHouse bot. Property answers are generated from public and licensed data sources; we do not sell organisation or user data. To stop receiving messages, send STOP to the bot; an administrator can remove the app from the tenant at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our app
• Analytics providers to help us understand app usage
• Law enforcement when required by law

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Search queries are anonymised after 90 days.
